Typically, glass beads are used to provide adequate agitation. Glass stirrers can be used to mix many different chemicals.
In this sketch, the FQB2 flow controller precisely controls the air flow into the molten material tank to keep it stirred. The flow monitor detects the flow and provides feedback to the FQB2 for closed loop flow control. The FQB2 can control traffic up to 250 SCFM.
This flow control packet responds very quickly (<10 ms) and produces repeatable flow control within ± 0.25 percent of full scale.
