Proportion-air electric proportional valve controls pressure in leak test
The Proportion-Air electronic pressure regulator can precisely control the pressure to help leak test your product. Many different methods can be used to control the pressure in a leak test.
In this figure, QB1 is controlling the pressure to leak test the inkjet cartridge. Once our equipment pressurizes the test part, the controller will close the shut-off valve between our equipment and the DUT. The DS series pressure sensor then senses the pressure of the part under test and the controller records the leak decay. After the test is completed, the controller opens the shut-off valve and releases the pressure through QB1.
