Application of closed-loop control of Proportion-air electric proportional valve in automobile industry

Airbag
Our QB3 can be used to inflate the airbag to raise the workbench. Since the limit switch controls the height, changes in weight on the table will not affect the height.
AIR-OVER-OIL
The QB2 installed on the supercharger can control the pressure of the air to the air side of the cylinder. As the air pressure increases and the cylinders extend, the oil pressure increases. A stainless steel external pressure sensor measures the oil pressure and provides a feedback signal to the QB2. The analog monitoring signal provides a pressure reading to the controller, enabling the operator to read the exact oil pressure applied.
Control exhaust
Our FA series flow controller together with FQB3 can control the exhaust flow of the cylinder, thereby controlling the speed. This allows the user to extend or retract the cylinder very quickly, and then slow down at the end of the stroke, thereby reducing the wear of the cylinder.
Gas pressure/flow control
Our QB2 is equipped with PSR series booster, which can control the pipeline pressure. The F series flow monitor with adjustable input pressure can accurately measure the gas flow at the set pressure. If there is a leak in the pipeline, the flow rate will be higher than the standard pipeline.
