Application of Proportional electric proportional valve in steel cleaning and oiling
Steel cleaning requires a moderate amount of force. During this process, Proportion-Air QB3 provides force control to the brush, while QB2 pressurizes the liquid regulator to atomize the steel and re-oil.
QB3 is controlling the strength of the brush roll, which cleans the steel plate before it is stamped. QB2 is then used to control the pressure of the liquid regulator to re-oil the steel and prevent oxidation.
QB2 uses a second loop feedback scheme to measure the oil pressure as it enters the nozzle. This means that pressure is always ideal for consistent spraying.
