Proportional Electric Proportional Valve Control Laser Cutting Auxiliary Gas
Depending on the material to be cut, laser cutting equipment requires a wide range of auxiliary gases and pressures. Especially steel cutters usually require higher pressure settings.
The QB3H is designed and developed for laser cutting applications that use oxygen as the piercing gas and require pressures up to 500 psig. QB3H can provide variable air pressure according to metal type, thickness and cutting speed. It is controlled by computer or PLC, and its analog monitoring signal can be brought back to the controller for data acquisition.
QB3H is very durable, resistant to shock and vibration, and can be installed in any direction. It can clean oxygen compatibility and provides flow rates up to 50 SCFM.
