Application of Proportion-air in flux dispensing
The liquid product may be dispensed by controlling the head in the closed pressure vessel. Whether it is a liquid, solder paste or flux dispensing application, stable and repeatable pressure control will provide the most consistent dispensing results.
In this example, QPV1 is used to precisely control the emptiness in the container.gas (or inert gas) pressure. This type of control eliminates dispensing variations due to weight in a gravity feed system.
The QPV uses a true proportional intake valve, which can achieve extremely high resolution (up to ± 0.005% of full scale calibration). High resolution is important because it allows very fine manipulation of the dispensed material.
