Application of Proportion-air Electric Proportional Valve in Gas Mixing
Proportion-Air offers many products to help gas mixing applications that require repeatable pressure control. By controlling the pressure of each specific gas in the process, the proprietary mixture can be configured and changed according to the command. Two QB2s installed on independent PSR series volume boosters control the pressure of two media in gas mixing applications. The DS Series sensors provide second loop feedback to the QB2 to ensure maximum accuracy. The QB2 provides a monitoring feedback signal of the actual downstream pressure to the PM series digital display.
Both pressure control assemblies control the pressure to a known orifice directly downstream. The known orifice size provides the process with an accurate flow rate for each specific gas.
