Application of Proportion-air Electric Proportional Valve in Fuel Pump Test
Proportion-Air can build a liquid pressure control component to control the oil pressure in the fuel pump test. Our QB2 is used to guide the liquid regulator through the DST sensor to provide direct feedback to the QB2. The assembly provides an accuracy of up to ± 0.5%.
The QB2 receives a command signal from the PLC or controller, which is equivalent to the air pressure required to open the liquid non-discharge regulator diaphragm, thereby allowing the required amount of fluid oil pressure to pass. The DST stainless steel pressure sensor measures the fluid pressure and provides a second loop feedback to the QB2. The monitoring signal can be connected to a PLC or digital display to display the exact pressure entering the fuel pump.
We build our own non-venting liquid regulator using our Burling Valve brand.
