Application of Proportion-air Electric Proportional Valve in Force Band Test
QB2 controls the applied force to test the breaking point of the sandpaper belt. The unit controls the extension of the cylinder to achieve the required force. The load cell senses force and provides 0 to 10Vdc feedback to the QB2 via a signal amplifier. The solenoid valve is used for the telescopic cylinder. The QB2 monitor feedback signal is connected to a digital display meter, which shows the force applied to the belt.
