Electric proportional valve: cyclic realization of "vacuum-positive pressure" control in vacuum brazing furnace


Vacuum brazing furnace is a large-scale equipment for heat treatment of precision instruments in a vacuum environment. Various processes such as vacuum brazing, vacuum annealing, and vacuum aging can be performed. Because it can accurately control the temperature of the workpiece heating uniform, the workpiece deformation is small, brazing difficult to weld high temperature alloy materials, no flux, brazing quality and other incomparable advantages, in the field of industrial manufacturing has been rapid development and wide application.
 
Electric proportional valve, as an important core component in the pressure control of vacuum brazing furnace, provides the required working pressure (vacuum-positive pressure) for the vacuum furnace with its precise pressure control characteristics. But the current market conventional electrical proportional valve, its flow processing capacity is low, usually can only handle 0-100L/min work flow. For the vacuum brazing furnace with high flow demand, the electric proportional valve can not meet the gas demand.
At this time, the manufacturer usually chooses the "proportional valve flow amplification valve" combination to achieve high flow and stable pressure pneumatic control. Although this method can ensure the normal gas flow demand of the vacuum brazing furnace, the structure is too complex, and the gas path connection and electrical control are complicated, which causes great inconvenience to the workpiece manufacturing and equipment operation. Moreover, based on the principle of "diaphragm control" of the flow amplification valve, the combination of "proportional valve flow amplification valve" can only meet the demand of positive pressure control of the vacuum furnace. When vacuum pressure is required, even if a vacuum pump is added to the rear of the vacuum brazing furnace, the "proportional valve flow amplification valve" combination cannot output accurate vacuum pressure.
