The CONDOR MDR-P control pressure switch can be universally used. Due to compact design, standardized electrical plug and socket connections as well as highIPprotection, this switch is suitable for mass production.

The MDR-P is equipped with changeover contacts (SPDT), suitable for monitoring and controlling the pressure of liquid or gaseous media. Cutting and cut-off pressure is set in our factory according to customer's requirements.

BecauseMDR-PBasically, it is conceived by the customer for our product line, and there is no need to adjust the pressure setting after manufacturing. For inCONDORFactory configured pressure switch for startup and required shutdown pressure. According to the following, the switching point can be established in two ways.

1. Calculate possible shutdown pressure with specified startup pressure (blue line).For example, the starting pressure is8 barWhen the pressure level is started, the horizontal line will be drawn on the pressure chart. All closing pressures in the figure are on this line and can be calculated.The vertical line on the coordinate axis can then be configured. In this case you can choose9To11 barbetween the closing pressure.

2. Use the specified closing pressure to calculate the possible starting pressure (red line). For example, the closing pressure is14 bara vertical line is drawn to close the pressure level. All starting pressures in the graph located on the line can be calculated

The horizontal lines on the axes can then be configured. In this case, you can chooseStart-up pressure between 10.4 and 12.5 bar.
