BB1 pressure proportional valve BB1 is a complete closed-loop servo system, which is composed of valves, pipes, housings and electronic control circuits. The pressure is controlled by two solenoid valves. One valve function is to control the inlet and the other to control the outlet. The output pressure is measured by a pressure sensor internal to BB1 and can provide a feedback signal to the electronic control system. The feedback signal is compared with the input signal. When the two are different, one of the solenoid valves will open to adjust the intake or exhaust. Accurate pressure values are maintained by controlling two valves. BB2 pressure proportional valve BB2 is similar to BB1, except that it uses a dual-loop control design. In addition to the internal pressure sensor, BB2 can also receive an electronic signal from an external sensor device. This signal is the main feedback signal, which is compared with the input signal. The result of this comparison is summed with the internal pressure sensor signal. The gain of the loop is preferentially provided by an external feedback signal. When the command signal is different from the feedback signal, one of the solenoid valves will be operated. Because the external feedback signal is an electronic signal, the control is not limited to pressure. Other types of sensing may be used to control parameters like force, displacement, flow, etc. The function of the BB2 valve in the application is to act as a pilot of the slave device to control the final result. Coupled with a sensor to provide feedback signals for the system, the entire system becomes a closed-loop servo system. Principle of operation

 

BB series control valve is Proportion air pressure control closed loop technology. The output pressure is proportional to the input signal.

 

BB1pressure proportional valve
