Application of Proportion-air electric proportional valve in belt and laminate extension
Force is applied on the calender rolls, and the steel and fabric roll between two pieces of rubber, in a process that combines all the materials into one. This process usually requires controlling the temperature of the saturated steam.
Proportion-Air QB2 booster components (QB2X and RM series) provide sufficient control and flow (based on plunger size and speed) to apply precise force to the calender roll. QB2X uses DS series (stainless steel) pressure sensor and Burling steam regulator, which can control the saturated steam pressure proportional to the saturated steam temperature.
